How the MushyTech Payment Process Works

1. Place your order online
After submitting your order through MushyTech.com, our system immediately begins processing it.

2. Receive your invoice by email
Once your order is received, a detailed secure payment invoice will be emailed to you.
This invoice allows you to pay using credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other standard digital payment methods.

3. Complete your payment
Simply open the invoice and choose your preferred payment option.
To keep orders moving quickly, please submit your payment within 72 hours.

4. Fast shipping after payment
As soon as your payment is received, your order is queued for the next shipping day.
MushyTech ships Monday–Friday mornings, ensuring fast turnaround times.

5. Email updates every step of the way
You will receive automatic email updates for your invoice, payment status, processing, and shipping confirmation so you always know where your order stands.

Important Payment Policy

  • Payment must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving your invoice.
  • If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled, and you will need to place a new order.

Email filters can be unpredictable—always check your spam or junk folder after placing an order, especially if you do not see your invoice within 24 hours.
